Paulette Vinette, CAE is President and owner of Solution Studio Inc., a consulting practice that provides services to the not-for-profit organization community. Paulette served as both staff President and elected Chair of the Board of Canadian Society of Association Executives and is an Honoured Life Member. She is also a Fellow of the American Society of Association Executives and has delivered presentations to both associations on a wide array of topics.

Paulette has served as CSO for ten associations in some cases providing Interim leadership services. She recently co-authored CSAE’s monograph on Risk Management for Associations as well as the Risk Management Toolkit for Association Executives.
