Dania Toscano Miwa is the President and cofounder of Toscano Advisors. Her expertise is in the areas of board/leadership training, strategic planning, fundraising, communication planning, social media strategy, and recruiting.

Dania has more than ten years of experience working with/for nonprofits such as the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery, OTA-Pollen, Westminster Presbyterian Church, Animal Humane Society, the American Indian Cancer Foundation and the Regional Parks Foundation. She is currently on the board of Headwaters Foundation for Justice and cochair of the development and outreach committee, and on the AZUL board, at the Minnesota Zoo Foundation. She is also on the leadership team for the Northside Achievement Zone's Friends of the Future. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
