Alexis Carter-Black is the first-ever director of development and state-community relations for Noble Research Institute.

Alexis brings more than 20 years of development and granting experience to Noble. Through her career she has raised more than $37 million while serving several nonprofit and education organizations including Health Care Without Harm, the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association, the Mercy Health Foundation and Langston University.

Alexis earned her Bachelor of Arts in political science and a master of public administration from the University of Oklahoma.
