Dr. Martin Luther King's influence on TODAY

Monday, January 16, 2012

Today’s holiday provides a great reminder of the determination and devotion demonstrated by one of America’s greatest civil rights leaders ever, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. In spite of the relentless opposition amassed against him, King marched on - literally – day after day, to end racism, racial segregation and inequality in the country he loved.

Celebrating our Twentieth Year: Re-Launching CharityChannel

Monday, April 18, 2011

Beginning today, CharityChannel is a fully member-driven professional community. For example, members now have the ability to create their own professional groups, whether they be public, semi-public, or private. These groups may be organized around any organizing principle so long as there is a demonstrable nexus to the third sector. Groups must be of a professional nature. Groups have a number of important tools, among the most important of them being the discussion forms. On CharityChannel, one no longer joins a forum; one joins a professional group.
