Biography:	Sharon Keys Seal is a certified executive coach and group facilitator with a practice based in Baltimore, Maryland. She brings first-hand experience with volunteer management from her seven years on staff at a 2,000+ member, non-denominational church, where she served as Director of Operations. Sharon has been a business coach for nine years, working with executives and directors in both the not-for-profit and profit sectors. Clients around the country call on her for coaching and professional guidance in issues relating to communication skills, leadership growth, and organizational development. Her facilitation work includes strategic planning, team development, and custom-designed workshops and keynote speeches on a variety of topics ranging from leadership to creativity in the workplace. Sharon has written extensively on workplace issues for such publications as Entrepreneur Magazine On-Line, The Urbanite, and On Purpose Magazine. She serves her community through involvement in The B'MORE Fund, Johns Hopkins Breast Cancer Survivor Volunteer Team, and the International Coach Federation.

"You must be kidding," I gulped, as my eyes traveled up the sheer precipice that led to the summit of the Arizona mountain (okay, it was a very large hill) my companion and I were hiking. The treacherous, rocky path we had labored up for the past half hour had suddenly become an almost vertical slope which would have given a mountain goat pause. A steel rail ran up the face of the smooth cliff, and I was amazed to see other climbers hauling themselves up by holding the rail to keep them from pitching into the ravine below. As my heart pounded in terror (I detest heights, am not particularly athletic, and was not keen on ending my life in the middle of our vacation), my beau looked at me with questioning eyes. I took a deep breath and grasped the rail, being careful not to look down as I muscled my way to the summit.
