As members of non-profit boards and other governing bodies, you may have encountered situations characterized by indecision, tension, conflict, and hard choices. Often our first reaction is to ask a series of questions - "What's wrong?" "Who's to blame?" and "How can we fix it?" Appreciative Inquiry (AI) offers an alternative approach.
