Conflict Resolution for Nonprofit Boards and Staff Contributed by:

The executive director of a nonprofit agency calls ABC Mediation with a request for help dealing with conflict in the agency. She describes a combination of problems among the eight board members that are starting to affect the staff. The mediation service suggests it begin with an assessment of the situation by holding private meetings with each board member and one meeting with the staff as a group.
