Population experience includes: low-income, limited English proficient, diverse international backgrounds, victims of trauma, persons lacking High School education or marketable skills, and other disadvantaged persons.
• Extensive experience with employment supportive services, including development of pre-vocational training, partnership building with local industries, job development, career ladders, job placement and retention support.
• Successful community collaborator, program developer, and implementation lead for new programs for community and faith-based organizations.
• Over $12 million in grant funding secured

• Master of Arts, Southwestern Seminary, Pre-PhD program; Dean’s List

Director of Grant Management - Catholic Charities Fort Worth
• Writes and leads team efforts for grant proposals and/or new program design for the following types of programs: financial stability, housing, employment, child abuse prevention and intervention, mental health, health disparity, disease prevention services, emergency assistance, case management, and immigration and refugee services. Special emphasis on services that bring low-income, working individuals out of poverty.
