MINISTRY EXPERIENCE
President, New England Prison Ministries, Inc. (Present) Manage an organization dedicated to helping released prisoners stay out of jail. Current programs include: Mentoring programs for men and women at Middlesex County House of Correction and Framingham MCI. Developing transitional housing, drop in centers and job placement center for released prisoners. Conduct quarterly training meetings for DOC Chaplains. Religious volunteer providing regular services at 9 MCI facilities and 3 county facilities. Director for Maine Prison Ministries. Guest speaker at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and Andover Newton Theological School. Support, train and represent 1,000 Protestant churches supporting prison ministry in Massachusetts. Assess and screen religious volunteers.
Director, Prison Ministries. Vision New England. (2004-2007). Supervised a full time staff of 3 directors and 2 partner ministries to support the volunteer, training and spiritual needs of Protestant Chaplains in jails and prisons throughout Massachusetts and New England. Conducted quarterly training meetings for prison and jail Chaplains. Coordinated with churches and providers to provide faith-based support and services for families of prisoners before and after release. Planned and directed regional volunteer training conferences. Conduct weekly Bibles studies at Middlesex County facilities in Billerica and Cambridge. Conduct Bible studies and lead worship at DOC facilities in Massachusetts and throughout New England.
Volunteer, Homeless Outreach. Boston Rescue Mission (2001- Present) Support shelter intake and conduct outreach on the Boston Common. Starlight Ministries (2003-2004) Participated in street evangelism ministry in Boston.
Chaplain Intern. Catholic Charities AIDS Outreach Center And Tewksbury State Hospital (2001-2002) As C.P.E. Chaplain Intern, provided pastoral care for AIDS patients in Tewksbury State Hospital.

Project Manager. Dynamics Research Corp (1985-2004) I managed on-going Department of Defense analysis contracts totaling over $1 million in value. My responsibilities included planning, budget development and management, directing and supervising staff, contract negotiation and customer relations.
