About Me
Rachel Armbruster
Executive nonprofit strategist Rachel Armbruster launched Armbruster Consulting in 2009. Mrs. Armbruster provides realistic solutions to organizations needing assistance actualizing goals. She helps organizations solve their revenue, structure, training, and awareness puzzles and determines the best strategy and sequence of events, generating the greatest return on company efforts.
Armbruster Consulting provides services such as program management, development and training, department integration, and corporate partnership program development, to heighten organizations' abilities and productivity. An executive-level contractor, Mrs. Armbruster understands how to effectively connect with the community while maintaining high-level stewardship with her clients. Rachel is dedicated to the success and growth of organizations and is passionate about making positive changes in society. Her client list is a reflection of her philanthropic objective.
Mrs. Armbruster's extensive background in strategy development comes from years of dedication in the field, including her role as Vice President of Business Development for Event 360, Inc. where she launched the Autism Society and Pump It Up cause marketing campaigns and served as a member of the consulting team for multiple nonprofit engagements. Clients often comment about Rachel's breadth of experience and ideas which are highlighted when coming up with out-of-the-box thinking, creative approaches to problem solving, interesting concepts or new ways to innovate existing programs. While she was the Director of Development at the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF), Mrs. Armbruster was responsible for creating new fundraising programs, evaluating proposals and planning for future LAF revenue. One of her many successes at LAF was managing the Nike relationship for six years and launching the LIVESTRONG wristband campaign. Previously, Rachel was the Director of Marketing for the Sun Bowl Association, managing all events, marketing and sponsorship.
Mrs. Armbruster has been invited to speak at many special training and development conferences, such as the Run Walk Ride Conference, annual IEG Sponsorship Conference, and Kellogg School of Business Marketing Conference. She currently serves on the Fertility Advisory Committee at LIVESTRONG and is the Parent Teacher Fellowship Voluntary Gift Chair at Hill Country Christian School of Austin. Mrs. Armbruster received a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications from Purdue University and her MBA from St. Edward's University.
