Arnoult was founding President of the Memphis chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (formerly NSFRE) and a former member of the national board.
Arnoult is a past Chair of the Board of Alliance for Nonprofit Excellence, an agency that helps Mid-South nonprofit organizations apply for national public and private sector grants. He is a past Chair of the Board of Associated Catholic Charities, Inc. of the Catholic Diocese of Memphis. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at Christian Brothers University.
Arnoult is a frequent conference and workshop speaker on the subjects of marketing nonprofit organizations, organizing public/private partnerships, strategic management and market planning, fundraising, and relationship management.
