 | New "Daring to Lead" Survey Results Compass Point and the Meyer Foundation are proud to bring you the results of the latest "Daring to Lead" survey. A follow-up to their 2006 study, it is no surprise that "though slowed by the recession, projected rates of executive turnover remain high and many boards of directors are under-prepared to select and support new leaders."
This is the third study on executive leadership within 15 years. There are other critical factors and findings identified that will have national impact. For a full reading, go to http://daringtolead.org/wp-content/...nline.pdf.
If you are interested in exploring how you might bring your organization into better focus, please attend my presentation at the CharityChannel/GPA Summit, "What Helps Leaders Grow," or contact me directly.
