About Me
Carl Baumeister has a varied background in several industries which have contributed to his expertise and professional abilities as a Grant Application Review Specialist for Foundations and Grantors placing animal related grants.
Carl has served as an administrator, director, board member, and operations manager for the private and public sector as well as a management consultant for many animal related businesses and nonprofit ventures.

40 years of experience with Foundations, Nonprofit Animal Organizations, Veterinarian Services, Universities, City, County, State and Federal Agencies, as well as the Private Sector, have led to the formation of Animal Lovers LLC, a subsidiary of Baumeister Management Company.
As an experienced consultant, Carl serves as a remote review outsource for Foundations seeking to achieve a more effective and efficient method of evaluating thousands of grant applications for very deserving nonprofit animal welfare programs. As an independent reviewer, Carl is able to aid the grant review process in many ways, including, but not limited to; lowering operating costs for the review process, maintaining a ‘No Conflict of Interest’ for the Grantor, establishing applicants legal, eligibility, and management qualifications, application review, grading, sorting, evaluating the merits and chance of a successful outcome if the grant is approved, and, most importantly, helping animals receive improved shelter and care worldwide.
The review process involves the consistent application of standards and procedures that produce fair, equitable, informed, and unbiased examinations of grant applications.
